Getting what you want, when you want it matters. Core Powered has the best lead time, prices and quality in the industry with a promise to back that up. Our discounts are simple, and have only a few restrictions.

• 5% discount on any items that you buy from our stock and purchase through our web site. It is easy for us to sell that way, and we pass the savings on to you.
• 10% discount if we are not the best lead time
• 20% discount if we are not the lowest price
• 50% discount on your first rotary transfer tooling package if you have never done business with us
• 100% warranty – if it should not have failed or broken, we take care of it, almost no time limit

Conditions that apply for the discounts are simple:

For lead time and price discounts, we need to see the other quote you got that is better than ours, and it needs to be for an identically product.

For warranty we do not really have a time limit. Generally, parts either work right away as they should, and last a long time. If it does not, and it is something we did, then we take care of it.

Our Warranty Terms & Conditions

As its sole and exclusive remedy, Core Powered Inc. will for a period of 12 months after the date of shipment, repair any defective components that has been reconditioned or supplied. Core Powered Inc. shall have no liability for incidental, special, or consequential damages, and will not be responsible for any defects caused by improper use, misuse or mishandling of the equipment.

Core Powered Inc. obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing at Core Powered Inc. facility or furnishing a replacement for any part, or correcting any workmanship, which shall be demonstrated to Core Powered Inc. satisfaction to have been defective at the time of delivery and with respect to which a written claim specifying the particular defect or defects shall have been delivered to Core Powered Inc. within one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

No other warranty whether expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness, shall exist in connection with the sale or use of any Core Powered Inc. product. Core Powered Inc.’s liability under this warranty shall be solely limited to repair or replacement of Core Powered Inc. product within the warranty period and Core Powered Inc. shall not be liable, under any circumstances for any consequential, incidental, direct, special, indirect damages or expenses associated with warranted products including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, liability for loss of production, or any damages to person or property. Core Powered Inc. does not warrant supplied equipment manufactured by others, but will submit the other manufacturer’s warranty upon request.

Core Powered Inc. will make no allowances for repairs, alterations or other work done by Purchaser, or others on behalf of Purchaser, unless specifically agreed to in writing. Alterations or attempted alterations without prior written approval of Core Powered Inc. shall void any and all warranties. Purchaser further agrees that Purchaser’s sole remedy for liability of any kind, including negligence with respect to the equipment and services furnished by Core Powered Inc., shall be limited to the remedies provided herein.

Core powered Inc. disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and any other warranty, other than those expressly stated.

Issue of purchase order to Core Powered Inc. indicates acceptance and understanding of the warranty terms as defined in this document and indicated on all Core Powered formal quotes and estimates.

This warranty shall be construed, interpreted, and enforced pursuant to the laws and judicial precedents of the province of Ontario, Canada
