All we need to know is what machine type you have, or want to use, and a copy of your part print to provide a detailed machine layout. Available in the layout is as much or as little information as you require to either quote the job or  begin the tooling build process. Information we provide is: machining sequence, units/valve types at each station, speeds, feeds, cycle time, tool cost per part, work-holding engineering and engineering for any aspects of the process that require advance engineering.  The cost for this service is billed when complete, and is 100% credited back to the tooling purchased for this application.
